Shipping policy

At DriveValia PVT LTD, every seat cover is made to order. Because each set is
custom-crafted using 3D laser-scanned templates for your specific vehicle,
production takes a little longer than off-the-shelf products but the result is a
precision fit that's worth the wait.

PRODUCTION TIME: 10–14 WORKING DAYS
Your seat covers are custom-made from the moment you place your order. Our skilled
team precision-cuts, stitches, and finishes each set using your vehicle's unique 3D
template. This ensures a perfect, factory-like fit for your specific make, model,
and year.

SHIPPING TIME: 7 WORKING DAYS
Once your order is dispatched, you can expect delivery within 7 working days via
our trusted courier partners, FedEx or UPS. Tracking information will be provided
as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 17–21 working days.

SHIPPING & DESTINATIONS:
- We ship worldwide from our UK-based facility
- All orders are dispatched via FedEx or UPS with full tracking
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address
- Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the
  customer

ORDER TRACKING:
- Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number
- Track your shipment directly on the FedEx or UPS website
- If you haven't received tracking within 15 working days of placing your order,
  please contact us at support@drivevalia.com

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Delivery addresses cannot be changed after dispatch
- If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card for
  re-delivery or collection
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or extreme weather
  conditions
